What’s the benefit we get from our house?
House will maximize your progress in game, specially Home Practice (10W) can give you additional 100k cultivation progress beside TP, some furniture can give you cultivation progress, cultivation point or cultivation speed buff aswell
How to get House Exchange Voucher :
- Bidding 20D mansion
- Buy “Special Tael Exchange Voucher” at Building Merchant ( Yanjing 323,31) for 5D, then you can just exchange it to Home Building Token (without collecting the material)
- Collecting 10 Residence Token (Ming Residence Token, Chinese Island Permission Island Token, Ming Dinasty Forest Residence Permission Token, Ming Residence Token [ Jiyue Bay ] ) then exchange it to ” House Exchange Voucher ” from Home Building Officer (Yanjing 323,33)
After you get you “House Exchange Voucher” you can exchange it to Home Building Token with several material (the material could be different following the house type)
Notes and Tips :
- There are several type of house you can build : Hut, Log Cabin, Island, Brick House, Stone House, Cave, Tree House, Jiuye Bay (newest one)
- You can only build it in specific city or town (its writtern on the Building Token)
- You better check the Home Building Officer NPC first to see what material you need and what house type you want
How to get Residence Token ?
Its coming from Instance Shop – Entrance Jianghu (1st Inner stage shop) tab – Item tab – Residence Order Pack (you only can trade 4 bundles / week) it cost 10 points, so you gonna spend 40 points per week for it
Build the Home : After you get your Building Token, you can go to the base town / city for your house and find “Home Building Officer” NPC on the map, for example :

Then you can choose where you want to put your house gate (when you go outside from your house via gate, you will teleported to this coordinate later on)
Put your house name, remember that minimum requirement to build a house is Flows with Chi strength and you need 100 vigor

HOW TO OPEN 10W / HOME PRACTICE
What is Home Practice?
- House building that give you 100k cultivation progress without pressing any button (its like TP without pressing any button :D) Chinese speakers will use 10W terms to called Home Practice, 10W means 100k in chinese
- (For 20D Mansion it will has 200k cultivation progress instead of 100k, and its called 20W)
How to open 10W / Home Practice in your house
- For open your home practice building you need Level 3 Courtyard and 2 others building active (dont worry you will get 2 free activation when you leveling up your courtyard to level 3)
How to get Level 3 Courtyard
- You can find interface to expand your courtyard from :
Home Introduction icon (House task bar below your screen)
Press Extend button (small hammer icon beside Size)
Then you will find your courtyard interface in 2nd tab (sorry i’ve been max my courtyard currently so there is no more action for it XD)
You will need 1 Courtyard Expansion Token for level up 1 level of your courtyard (so you will need total 2 token for level 3)
- For level 2 Courtyard : you need 400 prosperity point, 100 vigor, and 1 Courtyard Expansion Token
- For level 3 Courtyard : you need 1200 prosperity point, 100 vigor, and 1 Courtyard Expansion Token
Notes :
- You can get Prosperity Point by decorating your house at courtyard (outside house area)
- Please Choose Courtyard Expansion Token that match with your house type
How to make Courtyard Expansion Token
Tips : to make your life easier you can Hire Chamberlain NPC to access house shop and storage, its cost 10L taels for 7 days service (you can choose 3 or 5 days service aswell), to Hire your chamberlain you can find Hire button at Home taskbar below your screen
You can buy your Courtyard Expansion Token at Chamberlain NPC in your house, and its need 20 Home Low Level Building Material and 2 Home High Level Building Material
How to get Home Low/High Level Building Material? Find Furniture Merchant NPC in your house (its usually stand next to Material Merchant NPC)
Talk with this NPC, and press Furniture Exchange, its basicly tells you to dissamble some furniture
- Home Low Level Building Material coming from dissamble Silver Quality Furniture
- Home High Level Building Material coming from dissamble Gold/Jade Quality Furniture
Tips and Notes:
Easiest way to get silver quality furniture is buy “Pine” from Furniture Merchant cost 5L taels (you can find it on “Other” tab at Furniture Store) and you will get 10 Home Low Level Building Material after dissamble it
For gold quality furniture, you can make it yourself by pressing Furniture Workshop icon at Home taskbar below your screen
to make gold quality furniture, you will need Brochure for Furniture Building Volume 2 (you can buy it in your Chamberlain NPC with 100L taels), choose which furniture that easiest for you to make, then dissamble it to get 4 Home High Level Building Material
How to active another Home Building
- After reached Level 3 Courtyard, you will get Free 2 Activation for another 2 home building
Tips:
- Highly Recommended to active Bonfire building, why? Bonfire activity will giving you inner cultivation speed pills, and movement speed food, the other building are optional
