Originating at the Tongziliao (outer corner of the eye), this meridian extends up to the temple, then down to Fengchi (behind the ear). It passes through the supraclavicular fossa, travels under the armpit, along the side of the chest, meets branch channels near the hip bone, then descends along the outer thigh, reaching the foot and finally the Qiaoyin (fourth toe).
