Starting at the Guanchong point, this meridian travels up along the outside of the arm, reaching the shoulder and entering the supraclavicular fossa. It disperses around the pericardium, with a branch extending from the chest area, traveling upward along the collarbone to the neck, behind the ear, entering the ear, and emerging in front near the outer corner of the eye at the Silzhu space.
